Who we are

We are a facilitation, consulting and applied research studio, based in Lisbon. Since 2007 we have worked with people, teams and organisations that want to think for themselves, decide without postponing what matters, and say what needs to be said.

There are four ingredients without which we do

We do not believe in instant results. What is profound has its own rhythm, and trying to accelerate it usually comes at a cost.

In us and in those who work with us. Without questions, you only ever arrive where you have already been.

Which is not the same as likability. Trust is being able to tell the truth without destroying the relationship.

Without pleasure, nothing sticks. What is learned with pleasure stays; what is learned out of duty is forgotten by next week.

Clarity without oversimplification.

Rigour without turning grey.

Provocation without arrogance.

Depth without esotericism.
